Monica is originally from from the North suburbs of Detroit where she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success.

Monica is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana. In addition to operating her own successful Brokerage in the Northwest Indiana area, she also works with a network of high net worth individuals in Chicago’s luxury Real Estate Market.
